Papa B’s started with a dream—one that took Bryan from a corporate job in Green Bay to the heart of Door County’s food truck scene. As one of the first food trucks in the area, we set out to serve up bold flavors with a laid-back attitude, always staying true to our motto: All taste, no drama.

What started as a small but mighty team—Bryan, Rob, and Leslie—quickly grew with the addition of Ally and Bryan’s son, Laine. Along the way, we’ve faced challenges, including the heartbreaking loss of Rob in the summer of 2024. But his spirit lives on in every meal we serve and every mile we travel.

With the incredible support of our customers and team, our dream has only grown. We expanded, adding another food trailer with its own unique menu, giving even more ways to enjoy the food we love to make.
